  • Construction quality assurance on projects ranging from $100 thousand to $50 million.
  • Third-party construction management of various projects. MWH has managed more than $3 billion environmental, heavy civil and process construction projects alone.
  • Construction management at risk (guaranteed maximum price) for schedule and cost control. Client may hold actual contracts. Typically done for projects ranging from $1 to over $100 million.
  • Design-Build (or Engineer-Procure-Construct) provides a turnkey approach on projects ranging from $2 million to $5 billion. This work can be done on variety of terms and conditions, including time and materials; cost plus a fixed or variable fee; unit price; lump sum; incentive-based pricing; and partnering.
  • Design-Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (DBOOT) has MWH providing project financing and engineering-construction-operation of the project until it is turned over to the owner.
