As President and Chief Executive Officer of MWH, Mr. Uhler is leading a dynamic transformation of the company.

Strongly committed to progress and change, Mr. Uhler is leveraging over a century of global expertise in core environmental capabilities, and accelerating the development of leading-edge innovations to reach new global markets.

With revenues of US $1 billion and offices in 36 nations, the company has long been considered a market leader in water, wastewater and power. Since 1993, shareholder return has averaged 17.8 percent annually, compared to the performance of the S&P 500 (7.2 percent).

In recent years, Mr. Uhler’s leadership has strengthened the company’s impressive reputation, expanding MWH's products, markets and technology expertise into new growth arenas. Clients today turn to MWH for in-depth solutions in a host of disciplines, including software development, asset management, financial services, government relations, construction and program management.

Throughout his tenure with the company, Mr. Uhler has pioneered many of MWH's most strategic growth initiatives, and has served in a number of executive positions with increasing responsibilities, including President, MWH Americas; Chief Operating Officer, Industrial/Federal Operations, and Corporate Director of Strategy & Marketing.

Along with his other achievements, Mr. Uhler is an accomplished engineer. He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Environmental Engineering and has supervised the design and construction of several large facilities, including Disney's Epcot Living Seas Pavilion. His technical background developed as a process design engineer for physical and chemical units of waste treatment and water purification projects.

Active in the industry, Mr. Uhler is a member of several professional organizations. He is frequently sought as a market authority by many leading industry publications and conference boards.
