YANG Bo manages MWH Asia-China’s consulting business for
internationally funded environmental and transportation municipal
projects in China and Vietnam. In overseeing these projects funded
by the World Bank and the Asia Development Bank, he leads a team
of business and engineering consultants and contractors providing
a wide spectrum of consulting services including master planning,
institutional strengthening, corporate planning, financial management,
human resources, GIS, MIS, design review, construction supervision
and management services. He is also taking charge of marketing
the company’s specialist consulting services in advanced
treatment as well as program management.
YANG Bo joined MWH in 2003,
bringing over 20 years of extensive business management and technical
experience in the field of environmental,
nuclear and power technology. Previously, he had been the director
of a multinational power company’s joint venture in China;
he also had assumed several senior positions with the Chinese governmental
agencies in the environmental protection and nuclear industry. |

Claire Fiessinger manages the consulting operations of MWH in China in the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) field. Highly experienced in consulting and advisory work, Claire's forte includes Environmental Remediation as well as EH&S due diligence and compliance work. With MWH since 1993, she has worked for government and industrial clients in USA, Europe and Asia on projects in the petrochemical, chemical, automotive, pharmaceutical and IT industry.

Spock Huang

MSc, Environmental Engineering
Spock Huang manages the overall operations of MWH in Taiwan and oversees
a number of major environmental monitoring, asset management, groundwater & soil
remediation, and sewerage pipeline design projects in Taiwan.
His
fortes are water treatment, wastewater and sewerage pipeline projects.
His achievements include the CPC Lin-Yuan Plant wastewater
reuse project, Kaohsiung water softening treatment plan, Kaohsiung
large-scale advanced water treatment pilot project, and 260,000m3/day
Taipei urban wastewater treatment planning and design project.
For
sewerage pipeline projects, Mr. Huang has experience in directing
various feasibility studies, investigation and planning projects
as well as the design and construction supervision of pipelines
exceeding 300km.
In recent years, he also devotes his energy in
the field of advanced water treatment, desalination, and water reuse
applications. |

Steve Liew

Steve Liew brings strong experience in Technology and Risk Management,
a new service that MWH now provides to clients in Singapore.
In addition to MWH’s core business in the water, wastewater
and environmental market in Singapore, Steve Liew also places strong
focus on the transportation and defence sector.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in the transportation, property,
nuclear, industrial, process, oil and gas sectors in various parts
of the world. Over the last three years prior to joining MWH, Steve
was managing a wide array of technology projects in Singapore’s
transportation and defence sectors. |

Julian Fung

Julian Fung has extensive experience in designing and managing construction
of water treatment and supply facilities.
He also has handled project management and contract administration
of such significant projects as dams, river barrage and water treatment
facilities in Brunei, the Sultanate of Oman and the United Kingdom.
MWH had designed three existing major water treatment works in Brunei,
contributing to 80% of the country’s treatment capability. Most
dams contributing to the water supply have been designed by MWH over
the last 20 years. |
